F1 LIVE: Red Bull break Belgian Grand Prix curfew as driver gets huge penalty

Max Verstappen set the fastest time in Belgian Grand Prix qualifying but he will start from P11 after taking a 10-place grid penalty for a new engine.

That means Charles Leclerc will start the race on pole, with Sergio Perez joining him on the front row.

Lewis Hamilton and Lando Norris are on the second row, ahead of Oscar Piastri and George Russell.
