The players at Chelsea respond to Pochettino’s unexpected firing.

In response to Pochettino’s exit from Stamford Bridge, a few Chelsea players expressed their gratitude to the Argentine. Palmer stated that he had “made his dreams come true” because of Pochettino.

After just one season in London, Chelsea shockingly revealed on Tuesday that they had agreed a deal with Mauricio Pochettino to relinquish his position as manager of the team. Some of his top players have since sent the manager messages of support, including Cole Palmer and Noni Madueke, who was more direct with a “Thank you” on social media. “Thank you, Gaffer, for everything you’ve done for me and for realizing my aspirations. Cole Palmer wished his former coach all the best. Cucurella also wished to supplement the messages of love that the former Spurs coach had received. “Thank you so much, Mr. I wish you well going forward. The firing of several of the players has left them “devastated.”

A few players, including Nicolas Jackson, who shared a photo of himself and Pochettino with the caption “two emojis of a man putting his face in his hands,” expressed their “devastation” over the decision to fire Pochettino. Later on, the striker posted a screenshot to his Instagram stories, dedicating a few words to him as well: “Love you, coach. Desire to spend more time together (hand-over-face emoji). However, may God keep blessing you and your loved ones. I appreciate your guidance and encouragement; you are a real fighter and lion. Best wishes (heart emoji).

The days go by, and Hummels’ future appears to be dark. The German defender, who left Borussia Dortmund as a free agent, is still considering the offer from Bologna, who will play in the Champions League the following season. Gianluca di Marzio, a journalist, claims that the Germans are carefully considering the Italian side’s offer and are waiting for the player to respond definitively so they can strengthen their defense. Bologna is among the last teams in the race to sign Hummels, as the experienced player has rejected several bids in the past several weeks. The 35-year-old defender is not playing around.
